~a one-off course where you’ll get a taste of how Field Works loves to break rules~

Instructors:

Allison Field Bell & Ani King

In this one-off course, you’ll experience a mix of craft talk and generative prompts. We’ll use the flash form to hone in on some sacred writing rules about POV. Hint: they may involve second person! We’ll operate within the delightfully annoying credo: learn the rules so that you can break them. You’ll have the opportunity to take an in-depth look at POV, review example stories, and then practice breaking that rule in your own drafts.
